I cannot uninstall the app - Sleep as Android

You have probably activated uninstall protection in CAPTCHA Cheating prevention.

This option registers the app as a device administrator in order to block turning off the phone when an alarm rings.

You can download from Google store an app called Uninstaller or another called Revo Uninstaller ( this one uninstalls left over files also ). It will definitely uninstall SAA.
