Detailed description of the problem:
I choose to have the Hue lights in my bedroom on a low, relaxing setting in the evenings to help wind down. However when I trigger the start of sleep tracking, they suddenly all go up to maximum brightness for a few seconds, before turning off for sleep. Since bright lights (especially blue light) are well known to send signals to the brain to wake up, this is not ideal behaviour, and somewhat uncomfortable on the eyes which have already adjusted to low light.
Steps to reproduce:
- Set up integration with Hue lights
- Set bedroom lights to dim
- Start sleep tracking
Version of Sleep as Android:
Currently 20181214 but this has been a problem for a long time.
