HRV Data for Sleep & Stress analyses during sleep

The Power of HRV Data comes up more and more.

For Sleep as android this would be the possibility to get a deeper look on the quality of sleep.

Once you integrated the option to use Heart Rate Monitor like Polar H7 just a wile ago, there where much more options.

Basic:
Just record the R-R intervall Data from the Hear Rate Belt and put a CSV File per Night to the database or export to cloud space.

The User can Analyse the Data for them selve via Kubios.
http://kubios.uef.fi/

Advanced:
Start analyse the data direct from the app. Build a Graph for the RMSSD oder PN50% ratio during Sleep.

Advanced2:
implement graphical Pictures for FFt, histogramm, tachogramm etc.

Advanced3:
put an option to view the Stress grafik during night via Baevsky.

This would show many people a way to get much more sleep improvement, because they know there Stesslevel during night.

Deal +Petr, can we see Heartrate Data in the Sleep Cloud as a basic funktion on a own graph before we come more scientific on the Heartrate? that would be nice. thanks

If the Heartrate is measured, Sleep as Android should show the breathingrate too. there is a rule to analyse breathingrate trought out the pulserate. if you inhale the pulserate goes up, if you exhale the pulserate goes down. So it is easy to count the breathingrate.

data record would be nice, the app should have it anyway for the pulse.
+Petr Is the Polar H7 only avaible with Android 5.x? For 4.4 normaly you need a option to connect the cheststrab with the phone, because there is no autoconnect or cheststrap in the Bluetooth overview. Think thiss works only with new Android Verions.
Thanks.

Wouldn't this function be very CPU intensive? So the Akku wouldn't reached the whole night? This should be a lot of data if Pulse/HRV is read in realtime…

the i like the idea of a stress grafik according to the pulse curve in the overview. With the highest and lowest point of the night. Or automatic tag if a stress level X is reached, like the automatic snore Tag. So you can see if you have stress in the REM phase, because of wild dreams or Nightmares or if your body has poor energy if even in Deepsleep the level is high.

Is there a way we can retrieve our historical heart rate graphs?

Has there been any feedback on this?
