I have been staying up very late the last couple weeks working on a project and sometimes stay up way past a normal bedtime. The app has learned this and is no longer checking to see if I’m asleep at night and instead doing it during the morning. Can I reset the learned bedtime so I can have it start checking if I’m asleep sooner? Right now it’s way off schedule and not detecting me going to sleep most of the time now
Hi Nicolas, the bedtime is derived from the alarm time and the target sleep duration. Did one of those change? If you are using the automatic tracking without alarms, try starting the tracking manually for a few days, so the app will adapt to the change.
