Sleep tracking and duration work fine for me on weekdays when I use alarms and then wake up to go about my day. But on the weekends, I commonly set no alarms, and have a pattern of waking up at 7, reading my phone for a bit, falling back asleep for an hour, then waking back up, etc. The sleep tracking always stops when I first wake up, so it’s missing the extra hours I slept when I didn’t actually get up till 10. Is there any way to set the tracker to keep going longer on certain days of the week?
Hi, @Mana_Goddess, a few ideas come to mind that may accomplish what you want…
-
Don’t have it stop sleep tracking, and let it record awake times, (mine automatically inserts awake times when I have to get up during the night)) or manually add awake times to your hypnogram if needed. It should automatically adjust your sleep duration.
-
If sleep recording has stopped, start sleep tracking again when you’re finished reading your phone.

Click to add a map for 1 hour, etc. (I don’t recall if it starts tracking).
