Hi, I have an Amazfit BIP6 and the Notify for Amazfit Android app (and sleep as android of course).
What works is, that I start sleep tracking manually via the sleep as android app and it connects to the BIP and everything works fine.
Is there any possibility, that sleep as android starts tracking via the BIP when the BIP recognizes that I fall asleep? When I use automatic detection via sleep as android, it seems it does not connect properly.
Disclaimer: I use graphene os, is that an issue? Thank you!
Hi @benoegen, if you set the wearable and connect it to the app, the automatic tracking will start on the phone, connect to the wearable, and start the tracking there too. The movement data then comes from the wearable.
If manual tracking start works, but not the automatic, there is either some false-positive awake delaying the automatic start for too long, or the wearable is not reacting to the attempts to connect.
Ideally, please use the Left ≡ menu → Support → Report a bug in the morning, after the automatic tracking start fails.
