How to log a night of no sleep at all?

I sometimes have nights when I don’t sleep at all. Sometimes I’ll be awake for several nights in a row

I’ve read through the documentation and looked everywhere in the app. I can’t find a way to record a sleepless night.

There’s a workaround, though it’s not great. By going to sleep score stats and tapping
(+ Add Sleep) a night can be manually recorded - but for some reason it won’t allow me to add less than five minutes.

It would be nice if the app had a dedicated option to add a night for those who didn’t get any sleep.

If there’s something obvious that I’ve missed, or there’s a better way to do this, please let me know!

I hadn’t slept and didn’t sleep for several nights at one point, so there’s a few days missing in my statistics. It would be nice to record when users have zero sleep.

Hi @flash-ah-aa,
at the moment, if you have a night missing in the stats, the app will assume the entry is missing (you forgot to start the tracking, the tracking did not work for some reason…). This is by far most common reason of gaps in the stats, much more common than a completely skipped sleep.
If you really did not sleep, enter a 5-minute entry. This will tell the app there is a sleep deficit.
Or enter the period you were in bed, and mark it as awake, this might help to monitor the time you tried but could not sleep.
(sorry it is a bit cumbersome solution)

I prefer and have used your second suggestion, as it does more accurately reflect when I’ve had periods of no sleep.
