I don’t know why does Spotify say offline, but I found answers.
I tried to disable the Spotify offline mode, reconnect to the Internet, restart the app, clear cache and reinstall the app.
In fact, reconnecting to the new network works for me.
Now, for avoid this problem, I think I need to store liked Spotify playlists via AudFree Spotify Converter.
