I accidentally left a phone with an alarm on before going to holidays. What is the default timeout for it? Or will it ring forever?
Hello, if you did not change the default setup for your alarms, the alarm rings for 20 minutes, then it triggers a 1-minute backup alarm (unfortunately, this one is on full volume), followed by a 10-minute auto-snooze. This repeats three times, then it stops completely.
Any chance you use Google Calendar integration with the “Reschedule alarm” option turned on? If the alarm is scheduled for a very early time, you could have it postponed with the calendar integration, so it does not wake up your neighbors too early.
There is unfortunately no way to turn the alarm off remotely…
