Heart rate/sleep tracking via HomeAssistant integrated sensors

There are new 60GHz (mmwave) sensors available nowadays capable of tracking heart rate. Good example:

How hard would it be to implement some sort of HomeAssistant (MQTT?) integration that would allow for tracking of sleep cycle(s) in SaA using one of these sensors? What polling rate do you need to give reasonable accuracy in sleep phase tracking?

+1 for this. I see many sensors like the Aqara FP2 adding sleep tracking capabilities. It would be amazing for Sleep as Android to add support for devices like these.
