In my case this occurred when I transferred the app to a new phone, and then removed the old phone from my Google account. Nothing worked except a reinstall.
Hi, if you remove the access of Sleep in your Manage 3rd party apps (you can do this here), then reboot the phone and enable the integration back in Sleep settings, all the scopes will update and the message is gone. So far it worked for everyone.
