I’ve seen the suggested goal for shifting the “fall asleep hour” to be earlier. And three is an existing goal for sleep length variance.
The problem I want to solve is consistency of my bedtime. For example: my fall-asleep-hour is usually between midnight & 4 am. I’d like to see a goal chart that helps me move more consistently to the midnight side of that range more often, or to close my gap of 4 hours of bedtime variability down to 2 hours, and eventually 1 hour.
