Please connect to Samsung Bluetooth bulb for wake up : avoids the need to leave the wifi on as with Philips HUE.

I have a new Philips Hue lightbulb with bluetooth (but no Bridge) and would like to use it as a smartlight along with my Sleep Phaser. Is there a way of doing this or do I need to buy a different lightbulb or a Hue Bridge?
(If not: are you planning to implement this?)
