Did I just delete 3 years of data by factory resetting my phone?

I’ve just factory reset my Samsung S5. I hadn’t been manually backing up Sleep as Android, nor did I have SleepCloud Backup (didn’t even know it existed till now) but “Back up my data” and “Automatic restore” are both enabled on my phone. However, on reinstalling Sleep as Android, no data is imported.

Can I assume that I’ve simply lost all of my data? There’s no way to get it back, right?

I’m not an expert on automatic restore, but if you get your phone and restore from Google backup, you would normally get everything back automatically without reinstalling the app. That you had to reinstall manually make me think you did something wrong.
