Love this app, would LOVE to be able to set an ideal deep sleep balance and monitor my deep sleep deficit. It’s often more important to me than the time spent in bed resting.
Monitoring deep sleep deficit would encourage healthier pre-sleep behaviors. Such behaviors that bring body to relaxed state, rather than having pressure to log 8 standard sleep hours, which we all know can be of a wide variety.
I do already use the app’s ability to monitor my deep sleep over time, which is great. I also love the standard sleep deficit chart for its clear color areas, that sum up my total sleep compared to ideal sleep time, on either side of the axis.
I think deep sleep is worthy of similar deficit analysis!
