Set custom text captcha at bedtime, saying what your plan for the next day is, an important event, a motivational quote, etc that you can customize each night. This would force you to acknowledge your intentions for the day instead of doing some random puzzle and going back to sleep.
EX: “I will get up and take the dog for a walk, then make a healthy breakfast”
“I have an interview today! Be ready!”
“You’re off to Great Places! Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting, So… get on your way!”
