If I set a deep sleep budget of 4hrs, then begin the smart wake-up process. A related feature would be I set an alarm for a specific time, but if the deep sleep budget is reached beforehand, smart-wakeup occurs. If deep sleep budget is not reached, the other alarm goes off.
