It would be easier to set grading without thinking on it… deciding, comparing much to previous gradings. High resolution (128/256) steps would solve this little strugle I think.

I agree, waking is hard enough, it's even harder to press tiny little parts of the phone screen. Would be much easier and more readable to have a slider (with scale like 1-5 or 1-10) for sleep rating. Similarly would be nice to have more streamlined tagging system and access to turning off airplane mode & DND from tracking screen.
