Calculating the bedtime does not take into account how much I awaken throughout the night. For example, I go to bed for 10 to wake up for 730, 9.5 hours. But I routinely only get 8 hours of sleep throughout the night. The app will calculate my bedtime, assuming I will not awaken throughout the night. With the data about how much I’ve been awake through the night in the past (past 14 days might make sense), it might be able to calculate a more accurate bedtime.
