CAPTCHA to go to bed

I love using the CAPTCHA in the morning. I have to scan an NFC tag in my bathroom to stop my alarm. It works quite well for me. I’d like something similar to force me off the couch in the evening when I’m in a massive state of apathy and just can’t be bothered going to bed on time.

The sleeping alarm should be linked to the wale up alarm . Means if I have set 8 hours as sleep time and my morning alarm is set at 6am then the sleep alarm should automatically activate at 10pm I.e. 8 hours before the wale up time .

You could set an actual alarm around bedtime, with the captcha in your room?

If you do this, make it location aware. So if you are at home scan the QR or do sums etc. If you are not at home then don't obviously
