Hi @Purr, if the subscription does not appear in the Play Store - did you order it specifically under this account?
When ordering subscriptions from PS, Google sends you a confirmation email with a receipt. Did you get it? What is the Transaction ID there?
Or is it possible you have the freemium version in the trial period?
