Sound sensor sensitivity can not be tested an tweaked before sleeping like the other sensors.
The problem I see is that each microphone in each phone is different (levels/gains) and therefore there should be some way to listen to the input signal and based on that set the threshold instead of setting the threshold blindly.
If there can just be a “play” button that let’s me listen to the input while playing with the threshold slider that would be perfectly fine. Then one can see and hear how the threshold effects the recording.
It could be possible use a headphone for the monitoring and soundcheck to avoid the feedback loop.
Another option would be optically display the current sound level with a green bar and the cut off threshold as a red line red and not to play anything over the speakers at all.
