Detailed description of the problem:
After the migration, from uservoice. The votes get carried with it. But when you vote on the forum, it resets all the previous votes from uservoice and only counts the votes in the site
Steps to reproduce:
Just click on vote in the forum on a high ranking voted feature.
The number will drop from 1000 down to 3 or something. Sorry that I deleted some votes during testing of this bug
