Being able to add your food intake, your weight, age, height, any exercise, t.v.time, things of this nature also affect your sleep

If you were to add features of this nature it would help with what time you needed to go to bed to and affect your sleep because it helps either burn energy or store energy and it affects how late your body stays up or when it sleeps.
