I use SaA on my Pixel phone together with my Galaxy Watch. Before recent I didn’t have any problems with automatic sleep tracking. It usually started after I fell asleep quite accurately. However, a few weeks ago it stopped automatic tracking. I have checked the permissions both on the phone and the watch and even reinstalled the app on both. But it still doesn’t start tracking automatically as it used to do. I wonder if I can do something else and I wonder if there’s a way to check if the tracking starts automatically without waiting a night? I mostly use SaA for smart alarm.
Can you please elaborate on those three bullets? I ask because I got my Pixel 7 Pro in Nov. 2022 and I started using Sleep As Android with a Polar Verity Sense in September 2023 and the automatic sleep tracking has literally never worked even once. I always have to start the sleep tracking manually. I always plug my phone in and set it on my bed next to my pillow.
Hi @Squidward, Could you please use the Left ≡ menu → (?) Support → Report a bug and send me your application logs?
The reason why the tracking start does not work will be different for each case and the only way to find out is checking the logs (we do not have any remote access to your data).
