Alert to poor quality sleep

If I experience a period of poor sleep (5 days+) I can get acutely unwell with my mental health. It would be great if you could set an alert so that I am aware that this potential trigger has occurred and then I am more aware and can get in touch with the mental health team before I get psychosis.
This could also be helpful for people managing stress or those who want to achieve that refreshed feeling more frequently.
