Alarm with Amazfit Band 7

I’m using the Amazfit Tools app to integrate SaS with my Amazfit Band 7. It seems like it’s sending over the sleep tracking data fine, but how can I get SaS’s alarm to ring/vibrate the band? I tried using it this morning, and the alarm went off on my phone as usual, without any response from the band.

Hi @Wangdirler, do you use a wearable alarm delay?
Do you use the native Zepp app in the setup?

Lenka, it appears the vibration in the SaS app was set for 30 seconds delay, which I have now changed to instantaneous.

I did complete initial setup in the native Zepp. Do I need to do anything further with it?

Edit: after setting the vibration to instantaneous, the band will vibrate once, but no more after that.

Could you please test an alarm now, and then send the application logs to support@urbandroid.org from the Left ≡ menu → (?) Support → Report a bug?
Is there no sign of an alarm on the band, not even the alarm icon?

I’ve tested the alarm a few times since. I do get some sign now–the band vibrates once, the same way it would for a normal notification, and the alarm notification pops up.

However, the band doesn’t vibrate more than once, and tapping on the notification does not snooze the alarm or otherwise have any effect. It appears that the band is only receiving the notification for the alarm, and not the alarm itself.

I have sent my bug reports to the email address provided.
