If the tracking restarts during the night, there should be a different automation intent, rather than the sleep_tracking_started.
A different webhook could be something like sleep_tracking_restarted.
Additionally, when pressing the Start Sleep Tracking button, the app could send a separate webhook (sleep_tracking_pressed) in addition to the existing one.
