Hello Thomas, many thanks for your feedback. This sound all right to me… the bedtime algorithm is primarily targeted to keep sleep durations. If you want to target at regularity you would set your weekened alarm to 8 am as well…
You can use smart bedtime which will account for your current sleep deficit and trigger earlier…
