Useless deep sleep % regression when using awake detection?

I am afraid to use awake detection, because I think it might influence the deep sleep % regression. Whenever the total sleep time goes down because Sleep as Android thought I was awake, the deep sleep % might go up as a result. Is this fear grounded or is this taken into account? I also noticed that even when awake detection is it used and I try to sleep for ~20 min., just a small fraction of this time is counted? Is awake detection active even though I disabled it?

I pause sleep tracking when I’m awake to track my sleep hours. But the deep sleep percent only counts the sleep hours. This isn’t right. I went to sleep at 11pm. Was awake from 2 to 4 am and woke up at 6. That’s 5 hours. If 2 hours of that was deep sleep it says in green that I got about 40% deep sleep, whereas in fact it was 2 hours out of 7!
