The app can't find my Fitbit Versa at all

Detailed description of the problem: The app when searching for the Versa finds absolutely everything else except for the watch. As a result, no vibrations are sent to the watch nor was the heart rate tracked while I had the premium trial

Steps I’ve taken to fix the problem: I have rolled back the Fitbit app after reading that the latest update broke that functionality, but that didn’t work either.

Version of Sleep as Android: The latest version that’s on the Play Store.
