It took me almost a month to understand problems with SpO2 not read from the Health Connect. Hopefully, it will help someone. If you have a lot of data already there, new apps, including SAA cannot read SpO2 because the quota exceeded error. To solve this, go to Health Connect and delete SpO2 data. It allows to select for which period you want to do that. Unfortunately, I had to remove everything.
