Alarm optimized for deep sleep

From Lev on 2015/05/12 07:18:47 +0000

For me the ideal deep sleep time seems to be around 4 hours. Of course my total sleep time is longer (around 7 to 7.5 h). In the stats I see that sometimes the 4 h deep sleep are already reached in the first half of the night. The rest of the sleep is “just” light and actually not doing very much for me. I would like to try out optimizing my total sleep time based on a preset deep sleep time.

Suggested feature: Wake up when a preset deep sleep time is reached and the current sleep phase is light sleep. The alarm should also go off when the preset alarm time is reached.

Came here to suggest this idea, and actually just did on the forum, before seeing the option to suggest a feature here.

This is the best feature this app can have. I came here just to post this idea and glad that someone already posted it!

Yes I would like this too!
